Exterior Perforated Film
Exterior perforated window films have been used on vehicles and buildings for decades. We have repurposed this technology to transform glossy glass surfaces to a perforated texture to redirect sunlight in various directions upon striking the glass surface, un-focusing the laser beam of sunlight and diffusing its effects.
Matte Black
PerfShield UV is printed using UV-curable inks in a black color scheme. This process creates a matte black finish that absorbs and diffuses the solar radiation into the film which reduces the amount of sun rays from reflecting off the glass and hitting nearby surfaces. Through the process of convection, outside air and wind will cool the perforated film and window system; avoiding any issues related to thermal-breakage.
UV Curable Ink
UV-curable inks anchor to the top of the perforated media surface. Unlike latex or solvent inks which meld into the media itself which sustains a glossy surface texture. The UV ink droplets form a matte texture coating the top of the media that better traps and diffuses the solar rays from reflecting while protecting the media, improving longevity and durability.

PerfShield UV reduces the annoying glare by half.
