Comfortable Spaces. Refreshed Surfaces. Lasting Impressions.
Solutions for Assisted Living Communities
Wintech Solutions offers window films and architectural surface films that enable assisted living communities to create comfortable, welcoming, and well-maintained environments for residents, staff, and visitors. Additionally, our safety films enhance protection and privacy throughout these facilities.
WINDOW FILMS
SOLAR CONTROL FILMS
Solar control window films, including architectural surface films and safety films, minimize the harsh entering sunlight to: Provide a more comfortable moderate room temperature. Reduce annoying sun glare without the need for lower window coverings. Eliminate exposure to entering ultraviolet (UV) sunlight to guard against skin cancer.
SAFETY FILMS
Safety films, a thicker variant of window films, are primarily clear in tone and feature an aggressive adhesive designed to hold broken shards of glass securely. These architectural surface films offer several benefits: they mitigate glass debris in common areas during natural disasters or evacuations, protect occupants from flying glass in the event of breakage, and increase the break strength of glass, enabling it to withstand greater abuse.
PRIVACY FILMS
Offers visual privacy from prying eyes using architectural surface films, satisfies HIPAA requirements, and controls blinding glare by diffusing it through safety films and window films.
Restoring elevator cab panels
Before
Before
Before
Elevator cab panels, often damaged by carts and wheelchairs, can benefit from the application of architectural surface films that enhance durability. Unfortunately, the unsightly flaws are typically left to worsen while waiting for renovation funding. Renovating elevator cabs is a costly venture with disruptive effects on the community, but safety films and window films could provide a temporary solution to protect these surfaces until more extensive repairs can be made.

Applying architectural surface films, including safety films, during evening hours minimizes disruption to occupants and staff while concealing surface damage and providing a refreshed appearance. Utilizing a monthly maintenance budget for affordable payments may be an excellent approach to moving forward with window films.
Counters and tables/cabinets
Protecting Counters
Rejuvenating Tables and Cabinets
Rejuvenating Tables and Cabinets
Counter Shield Overlay (CSO) is our protective clear gloss or satin textured architectural surface film that shields natural (marble) stone or man-made (quartz) counters from etching, staining, or correcting uneven appearances caused by polished restoration. This innovative safety film helps keep your counters looking new and flawless for years, similar to high-quality window films that enhance durability and aesthetics.

Instead of replacing tables or refacing cabinets, architectural surface films can wrap these surfaces at a fraction of the cost compared to replacement. These films not only enhance the appearance but also provide safety benefits, ensuring a well-maintained environment that residents, staff, and visitors can take pride in and enjoy.
